Automatic Monthly Payment Form

One more way that HealthMarkets Care Assured helps you take the worry out of health care is through our automatic monthly payment option. You can have your monthly premium deducted directly from your savings or checking account. Debits will be drawn on or around the 5th day of the month for which the premium is due.

It’s safe and easy! Once you sign up for automatic payment, you’ll never have to write checks for Plan premium bills again!
