Prescription Drug Coverage

You can save hundreds of dollars each year if you join a Care Assured plan that offers Part D prescription drug coverage.

• If you currently take several prescriptions on a regular basis: The Care Assured Premier Plus Plan offers our most comprehensive coverage for prescription drugs. Premier Plus features low copays for generics and many brand name drugs as well as coverage for generic drugs in the “Coverage Gap.”
• If you need an occasional prescription: The Care Assured Value Plus Plan features a lower monthly premium. Value Plus also provides discounts for preferred drugs in the “Coverage Gap.” The Value Plus Plan does not cover drugs in the Coverage Gap although it allows the member to purchase preferred prescription drugs at discounted prices.

3. Take your prescription to one of more than 62,000 participating drug stores including many national and regional chains and neighborhood pharmacies.
4. You can also choose to have your medications delivered right to your door with our convenient mail order service which saves you 33% on a three-month supply.
